Welcomed there at all. Girls were standing around in the back room chatting and laughing away. A customer come back to exchange their order as it was mucked up, the girl at the front desk pretty much shrugged him off and got a manager that was in charge on this shift, the manager then proceeded to ask the customer when did he come in then asked him several of times what he ordered, both the girls just looked at each other and giggled about it. Was not impressed with the customer service. I work in management myself and it was quiet disgusting to see how staff has been trained to attend to customer complaints.March 10, 2017
